• The TJ Pro V is Taylor Jensen's longboard designed to excel in everyday conditions. When Taylor and Dan Mann started the design process, the guidelines were simple: make it fast, loose, and free. Make a longboard that’s all about making surfing fun in a wide range of conditions without compromising performance.
• Excels in average 2-6' surf.
• The DNA of the Pro V is rooted in the TJ Pro, with tweaks to optimize performance in average surf.
• Lower rocker profile to make paddling and skating across soft flat sections easy, and a wider nose for more stability on the tip.
• The squash tail and the added spiral V out the tail allow for more release and make it easier to lean into tighter turns and feel loose underfoot. 
• Can be ridden in either a quad or a 2 + 1, making this an incredibly versatile longboard.

With DNA from World Longboard Champion Taylor Jensen's TJ Pro, the TJ Pro V is adjusted to optimize performance in average surf.

I-Bolic x Volcanic Tech

Kelly Slater's favorite technology to ride, offering speed, control, strength and response.

Firewire's I-Bolic technology is a 1.5 lb EPS foam core with a 18mm high density foam stringer in the core, 16mm high density foam parabolic rails to control flex, and a 5mm high density foam springer on the bottom. Paired with our standard fiberglass lamination, on the deck it has a 3mm high density composite deck skin on the deck sandwiched between the double 4 oz E fiberglass cloth layers, and also has double 4 oz E fiberglass capping the bottom.

The Volcanic Cloth has the same functional characteristics to carbon, making it a sustainable alternative to carbon, which is very bad for the environment. While basalt fiber has been around for decades, it's relatively new to fiber reinforced polymers (FRPs) and structural composites used for surfboard manufacturing. It has a similar chemical composition to glass fiber, but better strength characteristics.
